Rederi AB Älvtank About Älvtank We are a third generation family owned shipping company based on the Swedish island of Donsö. At present our fleet consists of three 18.000 dwt tankers, Ramona (built in 2004), Ramanda (2018) and Ramelia (2019). The later two are sisters and both are fueled by LNG.

DONSÖTANK REDERI AB is a family company registered in 1953, and since then the business has grown and more vessels has been acquired. The company owns and operates six tankers and has around 150 employees at sea, and 13 at the office. Donsötank has a long tradition of shipping from the beginning of the 19th century, when the bunker operations started in Gothenburg.
